Custom Pet Photo Keepsake – Slate, Clear Acrylic or Wood Panel with Name
Custom Pet Photo Keepsake – Slate, Clear Acrylic or Wood Panel with Name
Personalize it
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face in focus. Phone photos are great. Upload trouble or a big file? Check out without it, then reply to your order confirmation email with the photo (or message us on our contact page) and include your order number.
Foil-look is a printed metallic-style effect, not real foil. Neon accents glow under a blacklight (UV light). They do not glow in the dark.
- Free US shipping on orders $25+ ($5.95 under $25)
- Made to order: ships in about 3 business days (after you approve any proof)
- Order by Dec 9 for Christmas delivery
Your pet's favorite photo, in full color, made to keep. We UV-print your photo with your pet's name (and dates, if you like) so the coat color, the eye color, and that one ear that never sat right all come through.
Choose your material (8×8 in)
- Glossy slate photo panel: an 8×8 in slate panel with a smooth, glossy print face, with a stand.
- Clear acrylic panel: your photo is printed on the back of 1/8 in clear acrylic, so it shows through a smooth, glossy face. Includes a metal display stand.
- Wood panel: 1/4 in Baltic birch with a stand, for a warm, rustic look.
How it's made
We clean up your photo, place it in one of our original frame layouts, and UV-print it with a white underbase so the colors stay bright.
Choose a layout (original Forge Forty designs)
- Keepsake: a quiet, simple frame with your pet's name and dates. A gentle way to keep them close.
- Merry Christmas: a festive frame for this year's tree, or a gift for a fellow pet person.
- Window Watcher: your pet framed by a frosted window and soft string lights.
Free finish upgrade: choose Foil-look accents (a printed metallic look, not real foil) or Blacklight neon accents (bright neon that glows under a blacklight; it does not glow in the dark). Your choice applies to the frame and name; your photo stays full color.
How to personalize
- Upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus. Phone photos are great. The larger the original file, the better.
- Enter the name and any dates or short line you'd like.
- Confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it. We can't print professional studio or school portraits without a release from the photographer.
- We'll send a proof before printing. If your photo is too low-resolution to print well, we'll let you know and ask for another.
Care
For indoor display only. Wipe gently with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth. Do not soak, scrub, or put in the dishwasher.
Production and shipping: Made to order in about 3 business days (after proof approval, where a proof applies), then shipped. Free US shipping on orders $25+ ($5.95 flat rate under $25). Christmas delivery: order by Dec 9. Orders after that date are made and shipped as normal but may arrive after Dec 25.
Claims and returns: Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery with photos will be remade or refunded. Personalized and made-to-order items are otherwise final sale.
Photo is a product mockup with a sample name and photo, shown on the slate panel. Yours is printed with your own pet's photo, name and dates on the material you choose.
