How it works
- Send your request. Fill out the quote form below with the item, quantity and deadline. Send your art as a reply to our quote email, or paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link on the form.
- Approve your proof. We reply within 1 business day with a price and a digital proof. Two rounds of changes are included. You pay only after you approve.
- We make it and ship it. Ready to ship 3 business days after approval, with free US shipping on orders of $35 or more. Rush (1 business day) is +25%, $15 min, $45 max.

What we make, and how
Everything is made in our studio on ready-made pieces, with one of two methods. UV printing puts full color straight onto the surface (an optional raised texture is available on some designs). Laser engraving marks your design into the material in one tone.

We always charge the lowest total. If the next tier up costs less, you pay that price and get the extra coins free (for example, 7–9 of the 1.5 in coins are billed as 10 at $9.75 each). By request: 1.75 in gold, black finish on 1.5 in, and silver on 2 in. We'll source and quote other sizes and finishes.

We charge the lowest total on coasters, metal cards, ornaments and panels too. Boards are billed by the quantity you order.
Setup fees, finishes and rush
- No setup fee when you send print-ready art.
- Art cleanup (optional): $25 if your file needs it, for example a low-resolution logo. Waived on 25 or more pieces. We don't design from scratch.
- Free finish options on UV-printed items (coins, metal cards, panels, ornaments): foil-look accents (a printed metallic effect, not real foil) or blacklight neon (glows under a blacklight, not in the dark). Not offered on engraved items or coasters.
- Rush: +25% of the subtotal ($15 minimum, $45 maximum) for up to 50 pieces. Ships 1 business day after proof approval instead of 3. Faster postage (such as Priority) costs extra.
Art guidelines and art rights
- Vector files work best (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF). Large PNG or JPG files are fine too.
- Engraving is one tone, so color designs are converted. Your proof shows how it will look.
- Text only is fine. Type it on the form and tell us about any font you like.
- To send files, reply to our quote email with them attached, or paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link on the form. Use a link for anything over 25 MB.
We only work with art you own or have permission to use. We can't accept sports team logos, brand logos (unless it's your business or you have written permission), movie, TV, game or comic characters, or government seals and insignia without authorization. If you're authorized to use a unit's or agency's marks, say so on the form. We may ask for documentation.
Custom item policy and holiday dates
Custom and personalized items are made just for you, so they're final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you.
Christmas: send custom requests by Dec 5. That leaves time for your quote, proof and changes before shipping. Earlier is better, and please reply to proofs quickly.
FAQ
Is there a minimum? No minimum on coins, panels, ornaments and boards. Coasters start at 4 and metal cards at 25.
Will I see a proof first? Yes. Nothing is made until you approve it, and two rounds of changes are included. We make exactly what's on the approved proof, so check spelling and dates.
How long does it take? Quote within 1 business day, then 3 business days after approval, plus delivery time. Each round of changes can add a day.
How durable is it? UV-printed pieces are made for indoor use and normal handling, not long periods outdoors.
Can you match my brand colors? We get as close as we can, and your proof shows the plan. Send Pantone, CMYK or HEX codes if you have them. Colors can look a little different on slate, wood, metal and acrylic.
