Shipping policy

This store is operated by Flying Gizmo LLC, doing business as Forge Forty Studios.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the US is free on orders of $25 or more (order subtotal after discounts). Orders under $25 ship for a flat $5.95. Express shipping, where offered at checkout, is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Production time

Most items are made to order. Production takes about 3 business days (after you approve your proof, where a proof applies), and then your order ships. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Some items are made and shipped by our print partner and may have their own production time.

Rush production is available on custom orders. See our Custom Orders page for details.

Holiday order-by dates

- Christmas, store items: order by December 9.

- Christmas, custom orders: send your custom request by December 5.

Orders placed after these dates are still made and shipped as normal, but may arrive after the holiday. These dates are targets, not guarantees, since carrier delivery times can vary.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us through our contact form (or reply to your order confirmation email) with photos within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
