Overview

This website and store are operated by Flying Gizmo LLC, doing business as Forge Forty Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are also part of these terms.

Products and personalization

Many of our items are personalized or made to order. You are responsible for the text, names, dates, photos and other details you give us. We make your item from the information you provide and, where a proof applies, from the proof you approve.

Product images may be concept images or examples. Colors and finishes can look a little different on slate, wood, metal and acrylic than on a screen, and natural materials like slate vary from piece to piece.

Photos and artwork you send us

By sending us a photo, logo, design or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't contain trademarked or licensed material you aren't authorized to use. We may decline any order we believe could infringe someone else's rights.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and we may cancel an order affected by an error and refund any payment. Custom orders are quoted individually and are made after you approve a proof and pay the invoice.

Final sale, damage claims and shipping

Personalized, custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong can be claimed within 7 days of delivery with photos, for a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.
