Personalized, custom and made-to-order items are made just for you, so they are final sale. We can't accept returns or exchanges for them, including for a change of mind or a spelling or detail you entered at checkout or approved on a proof. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully before you order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us at hello@ff40shop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item (and the packaging, if it was damaged in shipping). Once we review the photos, we will send a replacement or give you a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take some time to post the refund.
