How it's made
Each ornament is UV-printed to order in our studio: full color first, then raised layers on the fur.

Free finish upgrade: choose Foil-look accents (a printed metallic look, not real foil) or Blacklight neon accents (bright neon that glows under a blacklight; it does not glow in the dark). Your choice applies to the dog's name.

How to personalize

1. Choose the breed (and coat).
2. Type your dog's name exactly as you want it printed.
3. For 2 or 3 in one box, pick a breed and name for each ornament.

Care
Indoor decoration. Dust or wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth. Do not soak.

Production and shipping: Made to order in about 3 business days (after proof approval, where a proof applies), then shipped. Free US shipping on orders $35+ ($6.95 flat rate under $35). Christmas delivery: order by Dec 9. Orders after that date are made and shipped as normal but may arrive after Dec 25.

Claims and returns: Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery with photos will be remade or refunded. Personalized and made-to-order items are otherwise final sale.
